Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

Last time we ordered in the drive-thru it was terrible, all the workers were so rude and mean. They got mad because our order was to big so they have no manners and so disrespectful. When we checked the food every order was wrong. It was all throw in the bag with no care and it was a disaster. It was cold as well and the quality of the food was poor. I am so disappointed in the food and service. I will not be returning until something changes. I spent over $90 just for everything to be terrible. Do not go here until they fix their employees. This does not even deserve a one star.

I love Taco Bell, and I would give every restaurant a 3 or 4 stars. But this O'Fallon, Illinois, was GREAT. I live in Florida now, but I eat tears in my eyes one last time and let me cry happy tears. I knew I'd never eat here again, so I got my favorite article, the Doritos Locos Tacos. The Taco food left me all the happy times I had here with friends, and all the late night Taco runs... it was so beautiful every time. Well, in my opinion, please eat here. You really won't regret it.

My friend picked up Taco Bell for us and I was on the phone when he ordered. The lady repeated his order everything was right, but then forget the chickens Power Bowl and the Nacho-Fries...? Then Diablo also gave us when he asked for hot sauce. The food was cold. Don't have a receipt and they won't answer their phone. Very disappointed because we often go. Probably not?

We've got our order wrong when the bag was handed over to us in the car. My husband gave it back to the window workers and went over the entrance with her. She assured us everything from the entrance to the bag. We came home and what a disaster. We're not going back.

Food was good. The staff were friendly. However, it took a long time to place our order and get our food. 20 minutes in line at 4:45pm
