Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

Customer service at the Patchogue location is absolutely trash. Did a mobile order, order was ready as soon as I arrived. Walked in and stood at the counter for nearly 15min before someone was able to find my order. Told 2 different employees the name on the order and showed them my mobile order receipt. Both employees told me they never saw that order, it took the gentleman that was doing window orders to find my bag in 2 seconds, which was sitting on the counter in the back. What's the point of having a takeout counter and you don't use it?! Between the door dash delivery orders and in person orders nobody could seem to get anything correct. Fast food restaurants are set-up like a assembly line in a factory, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out! Will never use this location again...

This location always withholds pickup orders behind the counter rather than putting it on the pickup shelf like all other ones do. Multiple occasions I've had to stand in line until I could ask for my order, then when I could visibly see it right behind the counter. Kinda defeats the point of doing mobile pickup when you have to stand here for 10 minutes to get an order that's already paid for.

Takes forever to get your food bc they don’t use the mobile order area so you have to flag down someone to bring you your food which takes

Do not order and pay online.They claim to not have your order but the charge comes out of your account.

Fast, efficient drive through, good service and food made correctly, one of the better taco
