Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

I can 't believe I 'm even taking the time to write a review about Taco Bell but we were so impressed by the workers at this location I feel like I have to. The only reason we even came here was because I won a couple of gift cards. We haven 't been to one in so long we didn 't know we had to order at the kiosk but pretty easy to use. But wow the staff here was super friendly when they did have to interact with us. Several made sure we already had our drink cups, one staff member (we think he may have been the manager) let us know our order should only be a few more minutes. One item wasn 't ready with the rest so he brought it out when it was. He even checked in to see how our food was. I 'm not sure I 've had that good of service at actual sit down restaurants with servers lately! While we were eating this older gentleman and his grandson walked in. The manager knew him as a previous customer, gave him a super warm welcome and even helped him order. My husband and I both could not believe this was a Taco Bell lol. Incredible customer service!

This was my local taco bell for a very long time and I went back recently, they were severely understaffed and they had only 2 employees. It took such a long time to get my order and it threw off my entire day
