this is by far one of the worst taco Bell’s. I recommend not to this place. it was three times in order that we order the delivery of them and lack something, made wrong, or both. the first time they could forget to put in three highest crisp tacos. I ordered the 3 taco combo and got my drink, but no tacos. the second time they could forget two big drinks and a burrito. the third time and then last time I will ever order from them, they managed to forget two burritos, and made the grilled cheese burrito I ordered wrong. I also had two orders of chips and behaved with my order and they managed to get me the cheese, but no chips. let's just say they have to do some retraining or fire people or something because it is from the other many bad reviews in the last few months this situation is refueling and fast
Who knows me knows I love Taco Bell. Well, my husband chose a OT shift after work tonight, so it was a Taco Bell night! I get the app order for my food. Goodbye. I have my job at my work... 30 minutes from my house. The manager did it to me so much that the staff she had tonight was amazing. She didn't have to help me how she was that it was my stupid mistake. Lol. I feel like our fast food workers are overworked quite a lot of days, so I wanted to make sure that they knew I appreciate them all!!! I hope you enjoyed all the cookies.
extremely rude, unprofessional employees. I have uploaded my card for dinge that I do not get look at her bank statements! be careful! a baptism 17-19 year old children work here, hear super loud music, joking around, inappropriate circumventing with the card reader. I tried to complain to the manager they claimed they called me back, but there are no records. they called to submit a formal complaint and was told that this is not the first time they heard about the location. it's really good.
The black girl working the night shift was completely disrespectful and they tried to lie and say they are out of ground beef and when I pulled up they lied and said I couldn’t order because there computers are down and when I started recording them the computers were just rebooting apparently and they all ah sudden had ground beef that lady was absolutely nasty towards us because we called her out for her lies and pure laziness GREAT JOB TACO HELL
