Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

Pretty darn positive we have food poisoning from the Taco Bell in the Newmarket mall. Three of us had a late dinner last night and all of us are really stomach sick through the night and this morning. The kitchen area looked filthy with fries all over floor and and just grubby in general. I did not see this till after I ordered and waited ages for our food. I could see in the kitchen where I was standing and waiting. Wish I had asked for my money back when I saw how dirty it looked, as now 3 of us are suffering badly.

Ordered BEAN tacos and was served BEEF tacos instead. I am vegetarian and ate beef because of their mistake. The girl who was taking the order, did not even apologize and the manager was laughing about it like it was a joke for her. Didn’t even offer to make the right order.They need to learn how to acknowledge your mistake and make the customers happy. Sorry but they need training from scratch.Shame on them!

Bad service when you ask for veggie beans options they give you meat. Thanks taco bell for nothing even offering to replace my meal.
