Quality 3/5 Price 3/5 Waiting time 1/5 Service 1/5 Price: 2/5 Previously ordered a few times at Sushi Palace and so far the quality has always been matched and the delivery time was fine with 90 minutes. This time however 2.5 hours (1 hour delay waiting time on a Thursday evening, poor to cold gyoza and the quality that was not top. The rice was partly no longer fresh, probably due to the delay. I asked for 2 hours by phone and a nice lady tried to help me, but could also just say that the delivery left the house, but because of the many stops it doesn't know when it comes. The delivery finally arrived and the driver at least apologized. There are clear ways to improve delivery: a smaller delivery radius, fewer stops per ride, if possible more drivers. At the prices offered, you can expect this normal service, otherwise no more customers will be upset/lost. The self pick-up (rebate of 5-10% would also be an idea that I have already seen at other restaurants. The four Oreo bombs (new unfortunately did not convince us and should be revised so that the higher price is also justified. Half an oreokeks on dairy Nutella biscuits in the middle was not satisfactory for us. These criticisms and other constructive criticisms on Google do not misunderstand and possibly try to change something. Otherwise, it would be very bad if more and more customers jump off, although the quality is good.
