Subway - Reservar uma mesa

Sooooooo I haven't had Subway since BEFORE the pandemic...way nefore so we are taling maybe 3 or 4 years. Said to myself, I think I'm going to stop in and have a Subway sandwich. When I walk in I had questions with the menu because one sandwich was $5.99 then it went to $10.99 and then $14.99.. There is nothing on the menu that gives you the size for each price. So I asked older lady on what was the difference. She told me 6 inch and 12 inch...ok but there are 3 PRICES..she kept repeating 6 inch or 12 inch.. FINALLY she mentioned the $14.99 was for extra meat but had a complete attitude at this point. As she is making my sandwich I am asking what cheeses were of choice since there wasn't any signage on the different cheeses...she starts banging on the counter reciting the cheese choices. I was Baffled at this point. I explained to her not everybody has been to Subway and it's been some years since I've been here and me asking questions for her to make my sandwich should not bother her and if she doesn't like her job then she should get a new one..never going to 69th street EVER AGAIN!

The service here is as the star I gave. The way they prepare the sandwiches are sloppy. The most I'll buy from here again is a bag of chips. This was my second time purchasing a sandwich and I was not please with how it was done both times. The girl preparing the sandwich just assume how I would have it rather than asking. She even wiped the knife in the same wrapping paper as my sandwich. There is also no working bathroom to wash your hands. The workers are not friendly at all. This is one subway I highly would not recommend.

There was deal in Subway, free foot long when you buy two. I ordered 3. But they said I wouldn?t get the third one free. I told them about the deal. They said they don?t give a deal here and that it?s in a different location, not in their store. They were saying the deal doesn?t apply to them. There were ads about the deal and even their receipt had the deal on it. They have the worst service.

Staff are ignorant. Came in and they didn?t even acknowledge us. They started making online orders? and never said anything. I said so do we wait or leave? He tells us we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I will never come to this trashy place again.

I eat from here almost regularly and the server named nesha/Nisha (sorry if I misspelled your name) and the other staff are welcoming ????.
