Subway - Reservar uma mesa

ordered 06.29.2023 around 11:30, we used coupons 3 subs for $17.99 we ordered online for pick up and the coupon went through. but when picking up the food the manager or owner maybe was first of all EXTREMELY rude to my coworker who was picking up the order. She will not honor the coupon she said we had to pay the full price, we tried to tell her that we will keep that in mind next time but other people were expecting their food on that agreed upon price. It is 100% not our fault that the online order went through with the coupon. so we requested a refund and at first she said she'll refund 1.60 because I got extra cheese, had to tell her to refund the whole amount. So she wasted resources instead of making any money from this. she then started going off about how much she made on this whole order that's honestly not our problem. This is terrible business and a whole department will not come back to this location. she should have honored the coupon and rectified the situation with whoever is running her website. please someone from corporate reach out via email because this behavior is a 100% unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. The way my coworker was treated was unacceptable. fix your site if you don't want to honor a coupon

This subway is the cleanest you will ever come across! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cheerful and inviting. The owner is incredibly kind to customers, always smiling and efficient. The subs are served like works of art! I recommend trying the #20 Roasted Chicken with bacon and ranch. The parking lot is brand new as well!

I had an amazing time at Subway, all thanks to Michael and his outstanding service. He was super friendly, quick, and made sure my sandwich was made just the way I like it. I will definitely be coming back again, all thanks to Michael's excellent customer service!

The restaurant closed at 8:15 instead of the scheduled 9pm closing time. They claimed to have run out of bread. My pregnant wife just wanted something to eat.
