Subway - Reservar uma mesa

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this Subway location. I have been a customer here for many years, both with and without coupons. On two separate occasions in the past week, my coupon was not accepted. The first time, the cashier claimed the item I purchased wasn't eligible, even though it clearly was. Today, I was told that the new owner was not honoring Subway-issued coupons. There were no signs in the store indicating this policy change, and the cashier was quite rude in her delivery. This is not a suitable way to conduct business and retain loyal customers.

I did not rate the food because I did not get a chance to order. I entered the restaurant and spoke to the woman at the front and the gentleman in the back, but they both just stared at me without responding, as if I were disabled or something. They appeared unhappy and seemed to dislike their job, so I decided to take my business elsewhere where I would be acknowledged and appreciated. I believe it is important for the staff preparing my food to be happy, not miserable. I arrived a little before 4pm and the restaurant was empty. This was disappointing.
