Subway - Reservar uma mesa

I received poor service at this restaurant. I had two coupons, one for a 6-inch sub at $4.99 and another for a 6 meal at $6.99. The lady who assisted me did not want to accept one of my coupons. I ordered the #11 Subway Club and the #15 Turkey Titan. The lady insisted that one of my coupons could not be used for the Subway Club, though the coupons did not mention any exclusions for this sandwich. I chose not to order one of the sandwiches because I knew she was mistaken. I went to another Subway location and had no issue using the coupon for the Subway Club there.

I placed my order online and when I received my sandwich, it was not as I had expected. It was missing the toasted bread, cheese, cucumber, and tomato that I had requested. This was clearly indicated on my order receipt.
