Subway - Reservar uma mesa

Apparently the worker there accused me of being offended by their exceptional customer service . I was the only one waiting on line to order so I asked the young lady to give me 1 or 2 minutes to make up my mind. She immediately asks me about what bread I wanted. So, I started ordering without having made up my mind. At one point, I had 3 people asking me what I wanted on my sandwich, it was like they were trying to hurry me out the door. They didn 't even let me think. Then when I get to the register to pay, I guess the manager comes and tells me that he 's sorry that I was offended by their fantastic customer service. I told him that I needed a minute or two to make up my mind, but he didn 't care and he pulled out their pamphlet saying that they care about their customers, etc, etc. Terrible customer service.

This restaurant literally has the friendliest employees since they opened years ago. I live 6 blocks away and when my kids were younger I took their entire teams here before and after games and even with special requests service was only done impeccably and with a smile. I have eaten at places way more expensive and didn’t feel as welcomed but tonight they outdid themselves correcting a mistake that DoorDash made and not only knew who I was but referred to me as a VIP and said they always take excellent care of my order which made me smile after an hour of misery with DD. Tip this crew well when you go in this store people.

Absolutely great customer service. Hands down the best of any subway I’ve been to. Owner is hands on and very attentive. Always clean and very fresh.

Worst Subway. They continually overcharge. NEVER going there again. The best subways are Woodland Pk and Midland Park!

Good service but way too overpriced. Paid almost about $50 for two foot long and 2 bags of chips!
