Subway - Reservar uma mesa

Major lack of hygiene when I visited today at 5:30 p.m. My friend doesn't eat meat, I ask for his sandwich to be prepared first, the little girl (apparently in training) heats her bread and tuna and prepares my meat, OK. His colleague comes back from his cigarette break, goes back behind the bank and starts touching everything without having washed his hands already. Put on a pair of gloves and prepare the order for the person behind (with ham), already touch all the slices then come back and touch the raw vegetables and our drinks to go back and prepare the order behind. The young girl comes back with new gloves to finish our order. How is it that all raw vegetables are touched with the same pair of gloves as the meat and without individual tongs?! What do we do with people who have allergies or restrictions with certain foods? There was only one knife to cut the bread before the meat after the meat and after the raw vegetables!! His colleague replies that it doesn't matter! So we mix one vegetarian's sub with another! 1 extra point for the young girl but review basic hygiene training for the second person who accompanied her! Frankly, I'm better served elsewhere, the young guy at the cash desk literally slammed the sandwiches on the tray, his kindness and his welcome put it well in his pocket... if the job doesn't suit him, he should look elsewhere. Classic Subway but the hygiene is to be deplored and the toilets are very, very dirty. I don't understand why the management doesn't make an effort in this direction. Perhaps they should not read the unanimous Google reviews or it may be secondary for them. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
