Stupid Wings - Reservar uma mesa

Today was my second visit. My first visit was great, good customer service from cashier cook. Food was fresh quick. Today was a different story. For having a customer service position, the cashier was pretty rude. I double checked about what came on the stupid fries, she reassured me it only came with whichever flavor I chose. My order was taking longer than she said so I stood up and started reading the menu for my next visit. I noticed the stupid fries did come with another sauce included. I asked her about it she confirmed it did. So why would she tell me it didn’t before I placed the other?? I’m glad I noticed before my food was made. I finally get the food but once I get in my car place the bag on the passenger seat, the tray opens spills everywhere. The tray wasn’t properly snapped shut, I know this for sure because when I cleaned up I closed the tray myself it’s definitely secure when closed right. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning because of today’s cashier Arianna.

Extremely rude personnel. The new hires are ruining the restaurant. If this continues I will have to find a new place. We use to love the restaurant. Now we hate it due to the people that are answering the phones and cashiers.

They take forever to make your food and have the audacity to charge a percentage based fee to use a card? What a joke, never coming back after this. Gone way down hill.

Rude personnel. Could not solve an issue with my order even though it was their fault. People answering the phone are ruining the restaurant.

They could not help me returned the my order. People answering the phone were rude about it. Disappointing costumer service .
