Steak N Shake - Reservar uma mesa

Asanti was shift manager, she was so helpful and patient as we tried using the kiosk and we messed up and she literally just stepped right up to help us out. We received the type of service that was outstanding, haven't had such a nice friendly service like that in awhile at a fast food establishment. We dined in and everything tasted fresh and the milkshake was perfect. It definitely hit the spot. Thanks again for the great friendly service.

The staff are nice, professional, and helpful. I really like the fact that we take our orders. The food was appealing, flavorful, and enjoyable. The only down side was the tables because they didn't clean them. I defiantly understand that when it's busy there's not a lot of time to do that, but it would be more appealing to eat on a clean table.

I had dbl cheese bgr and a vanilla shake . It was tasty. I was trying to work the Kiosk machine but luckily the cook helped me (thx U). I miss the servers and friendly atmosphere. One complaint staff should always make sure to keep the tables wiped clean at all TIMES..

We were here for lunch and used the kiosk to dine in. I ordered a double burger with cheese, cheese fries and a sweet tea. We waited a bit for our order not tooooo long and then took our seats. Food was hot and delicious.

Would give 5 stars but they burger patties were very thin. Almost as thin as the cheese. Awesome taste though! A small wait but fresh 2 times out of 3
