Steak 'n Shake - Reservar uma mesa

I was using the drive through. No one was there in the restaurant. So service should have been pretty fast and it wasn't. There was a big big hole in the side of the building so between everything. I decided not to order anything from this location. The owner needs to come through and use the drive through and see how their employees are handling The speediness of the orders

Fries were cold and sent back chili to be reheated as it was barely warm. Only three tables of people dining in and I had to wipe off my own table as several other tables hadn’t been wiped down from previous guests. Not the quality Steak n Shake I remember from HS days in Indiana.

It's been a long time since we went to a steak and shake. No service, automated kiosks to enter your order before you sit down. I know staff is hard to find but this is not what I remember about steak and shake. Cold food but the shakes were good. This is my last time!
