Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered here on two days back to back and both days they messed up my drink even though the drink tags was right. One day was a ice drink and they gave me a hot. I show the girl that made it and she says ?O you want light ice?. Light ice??? There was no ice to begin with. The next day asked for no whip and look what I got. They seem sweet but sweet clearly doesn?t pay attention to the over priced order of flavored milk I am paying for. So be sure to make sure they make it right.

Asked for grande latte, first one was hot milk with no foam and second was the same. Staff was more interested in talking to themselves, one staff member holding heated food for quite a bit, talking to associate while customer patiently waited. Customers seem to get in staffs way. Don't think they deserve even a star. Never again.

I come here all the time and the staff is very nice and always remakes the drink. I get 3 shots blond espresso hot Carmel latte. However it is almost always made with regular espresso. They always fix it but when in a rush and there busy I don't have the time to wait again.

The server was very nice but how do you have four people working at 11:30 on a Sunday morning and all of the coffee urns are empty? I only make this comment because I was looking to run in for a quick coffee as I was heading to the train station to pick up my daughter.

Manager is on it and good here. Staff have always made things quickly and have been nice to me. Usually cold brew here on my way back home. Nice, functioning ac which helps on those 90+ and humid days before the long walk back to Princeton.
