You will be scolded if you arrive too early for your mobile order. These folks are so rude. I was disrespected multiple times in the drive thru by the African older women when I was too early for my mobile order even tho I arrived at the time in the app. What’s the difference to ordering in the drive thru. I stopped going there and stick with Bradlick Starbucks who have good customer service and they know how to make drinks Service: Take out

I don’t ever write bad reviews but management needs to know just how bad this location is. This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to I waited over 25 minutes for a drink, as well as the rest of the patrons in the store waiting 20+ minutes/ After months of renovations you’d think that they would’ve improved this location operationally, but the service is even worse than before. Staff here know my name and that I always have a mobile order. Mekdes has been my barista for years and I drove out of my way to come here and get my coffee because of her.
