Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

It didn?t start off well, but CORY saved this review. I walked in and didn?t get a greeting. I took pictures and made videos. Before I started communication with Cory. Who was at the register with a customer that came in after me. I asked him if it was their policy to not greet customers and he said no. I explained I wasn?t greeted and he apologized and helped me figure out what drinks I wanted. He made my drinks and they were yummy. The restrooms needed some cleaning and the manager Lauren could have been a little more friendly when asking me; are you waiting for something? AND why are you recording? I explained for a review of her establishment. For this location to be near the Mall of Georgia I expected better customer service. Maybe next time! Thanks CORY

Very very disappointed!! Last night, I spent $30 on 4 Venti Frappuccino.... they all were watery, could feel some chopped ice, nothing like a Frappuccino. The worst part was that all the drinks were half-way full and was not that sweet like my family liked it!!! With the other half was the whipped cream. They didn 't have the double chocolate brownie, so I got the cookie instead. P.S. This was a mobile order got there and still wait 20 min for this bad experience, it wasn 't worth it. (Wasn 't busy at all. Actually, no one was there) Do yourselves a favor and run away from this location!!

Since moving to GA. I've been coming to this starbucks for 3 years now. The service and drinks have gone down hill. My Chai Tea Latte was all milk which was disgusting. I asked to have oatmilk instead but was told the drinks were already being made. Wth does that have to do with my request for the drink I'm paying for. To add lately there is always something not available which is fine. I just adjust my drink accordingly, however the lack of attention to detail to the drinks that are made without any modifications is still horrible. This is my last time giving my money to this location.

Very clean. Friendly staff. My only draw back is the inconsistency of the drip coffee quality. More so the temperature of the coffee. Better QC maybe needed to improve consistency. Overall great experience on my visits.

First time at this location, and overall happy with the service. The store is well kept and clean. Nice place to meet friends and family.
