Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Everyone one of the workers knows this review was coming. I ordered pick up so I could be to work on time. I ordered at 3:30. I ordered a iced matcha latte with a pump of vanilla. When I got there a blonde girl handed me a matcha lemonade. I was super nice shower them my online receipt and asked her to remake it. They said they would. 10 minutes goes by and no one remade my drink yet. The blonde girl was literally saying “I can’t believe I made a matcha lemonade instead of a latte” and all the workers were laughing as I stood there waiting. The thing was, who orders a lemonade with a pump of vanilla? I don’t know if she was new or just uninformed. I waited there another 10 minutes when this really nice girl not the blonde came up to me: her shift was literally over and she made my drink and made things right. Another nice girl even gave me a gift card and apologized. They were very nice but the other girl was very rude and she seemed like she needs lots of training. She didn’t even apologize when I said it was made wrong. I work in customer service so it really pains me to write this. No, Im not a Karen I am 18 years old. I ordered at 3:30 and left this location at 4:05. I am thankful for the two ladies that helped me but boy this girl really made me mad. This was on 7/5/22 if you could figure out who the worker was : her name is casandra!

I went to this Starbucks and got a Carmel ribbon Frappuccino no whip. I waited for 15 minutes which was no big deal, but then mine had whip on it. So I nicely asked the worker if she could remake it with no whip (I’m literally allergic) and she looked at me, said nothing, and smacked it down on the counter. I waited for another 10 minutes, now getting annoyed. I watched a different girl take my drink, wipe the whip cream off and throw it in the trash then handed me the drink. Unbelievable and so rude.

Had another customer grab my drink by accident during a busy day and the staff replaced it no charge without complaint, great customer service

This has a strange ride thru, but otherwise it lives up to standard Starbucks-ness.
