Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Came here and ordered 2x large black tea's with nothing in them. Right from the start the girl sounded like she wanted nothing to do with being at work that day. I get to the window and they bring out 2x chai latte's. I inform her that I ordered black tea's and she apologized. Took 10 more minutes to come out with 2 black teas, which now after verifying were not black tea's for the second time. I wound up just taking the drinks and leaving because I could not stand to be in this place any longer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order Oatmeal twice but they were out of oatmeal. I ordered oatmeal today and after I left I opened the bag to oatmeal and a spon nothing else. I tried to call the 4 time and no one answers the phone. It’s Sunday at 11 and the place was empty so no excuse Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
