Mistakes happen, I’m not unreasonable. A big order from a regular came in the staff managed the order well . I see they work well together . The man ordered a ton of drinks Food , He grabbed my tiny bag his mistake right However She never called my name . I KNOW because I left my phone in my car and had nothing to do but watch them . His Huge bag was sitting there they should have caught that .I waited till I saw no food was being prepared . And I asked where it was . Well the one Male sorry to assume pronouns but He was the only male member on staff . He Grabs the big bag and starts saying ohhh no he must have taken hers . Again No problem I felt sorry for the man too . But his only focus was on this regular costumer with ZERO concern that I’ve been sitting there for 25 minutes! No rush to remedy the situation for me . THEN I said it’s ok he’s the one who took the wrong bag , not your Fault But you never called my name .. She said oh but I did trust me I was starving I was the only person in there not with their face in a phone..I told her she absolutely did not and why … I would NOT have taken anything for free if I was offered .. Because that’s not really my goal. It wouldn’t break The Bank if she offered me a cake pop or cookie as a gesture at least .. I was using a Birthday Gift card I never really go to Starbucks this experience didn’t make me want to come back ..
