Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I feel like most Starbucks have the same product, so this is a review based on the experience. I stop into this location on the day I take my dog into daycare. In the mornings during the busy hours, they usually have someone there to hand out the orders as they are ready. Within the second visit, the woman helping already knew my name and greeted my with such warmth. Each time I go in, the people working there are so friendly and accommodating. The times my order hasn't been ready, they quickly make it or make the situation right. It is always a bright spot in my day and something I look forward to.

The obvious downside to this location is the fact that they don't have a drive thru ON top of the ridiculous limited parking space. However, the service here really makes up for the physical lacking of this location. Seriously, every encounter I've had here has been so kind and personable. Everything is usually well stocked and the space is clean. Definitely not the place to grab a drink if you're in a rush, but I like this location, so sometime I'll go out of my way just to get my order from here.

When my second born daughter decided to move In With her dumb a boyfriend I was driving through this town and needed some caffeine. When I got to the Starbucks I asked for a large, to which they replied. We don't have large we have venti SIR. What in the world does that mean. Venti?! I'm not sure why this woman said something so far from large. To mock me?

The employees seem much friendlier to white customers. More than a few times I've seen the staff behave indifferent or rude to black and Hispanic customers. Maybe it's just this store but definitely a racist vibe here.

Hands-down the most well run Starbucks in Birmingham. This location makes all other locations in town looks sad do yourself a favor and go here if you want good service and good drinks
