Dieucks should download this honestly remove from this place. this special Kroger shop gives the culture of Dietucks a bad name. the employees are always rude. obviously, they weren't trained properly because every time I come here, my drink is made differently. I never know how to order it because I never know whether it will be after the recipe or not. also this place always says: “It will wait a 25 min until “what is product ordered”. it's ridiculous. how can there be a 25-minute waiting time in coffee? and do not order a latte here. they never have espresso. I ordered a caramel macchiato light on the vanilla and this woman really laughed in an icy vanilla and told me that in the ground what I want. I'm just adding caramel. I argued for a second, then I was like whatever. I'm interested. Do it. then she gives me this drink without caramel and it was not a macchiato (clear). Why does she suggest how to order my drink when I literally use Starbucks menu? that gave me a bad taste. do not go back to this load. they are not the half of the time open anyway. so do not interfere with google hours of operation. they will not know what they really are when they go physically into the load.

had the best experience this morning at my local dieucks! had a hard tomorrow and the team gave a good work to correct my question and set me on the cure for a much better day! thanks to this fantastic crew, I could be convinced to come in and get my coffee instead of just driving. great team here, stop the great work!
