Very disappointed on April 2, 2024. From the drive thru North Lindbergh. I ordered the pick 2 Frontege chicken sandwich and a Caesar salad no meat with chips on the side. When I opened it at home, I had some type of a beef sandwich. I returned to the drive thru and asked for my money back, waited for the other cars to move when I got to the window. I tried to hand them the bag, but she said they don’t take the bag back. I said fine, but then I noticed someone standing inside of the drive thru area eating her salad, so I thought, OK. The manager person returned my money as soon as I could produce the actual receipt. If not, he would’ve asked me to put it on a card. It appears you have some procedures that you do follow. I like my Bread company I’m just very disappointed so if I ever go back, I will check my bag thoroughly before I leave.

Live the atmosphere, clean quiet store, good excellent- to my horror, they don't serve chicken salad on croissant anymore. Still had a variety of good options.
