Terrible experience. Sign reads that they add a fee if you use a debit card if you don't spend a certain amount, but no one, not even the owner, knows what that amount is. Spent $30 and was still charged $2 to use a debit. Asked about it and was told it's a fee on all purchases with card, even though the sign doesn't say that at all. Wouldn't have used my card, but there was a lack of change issue with the family that ordered right before me. They had to wait for the drive through to order and pay before they gave out the change. Causing me to wait for other people to order and pay before I even placed my order. After several people got their orders that were placed after mine, I was finally able to ask for a refund on my card, so I could pay in cash and avoid the unnecessary fee. At this point I had paid with a credit card and given them $40 in cash. My order was in the window. I mentioned that I was upset that several people who ordered after me got their orders first. I was told they were still waiting on my order, even though I was looking right at it. I pointed this out to the employee and said it's ready right there! I'm only waiting on a refund receipt and my cash change. They refused to give me my order out of spite. More people were given their order while mine sat there waiting. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not recommend. Will advise people to not waste their time and money.
