Spectra Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

The coffee is delicious BUT the service is BAD! I went there today Saturday July 22 at noon. The cashier girl is not friendly nor kind. I ordered a chicken sandwich and she gave me a pork sandwich and when I said I ordered a chicken sandwich, she got mad and showing an angry face, saying nothing, she just left. Later my husband ask a sandwich to go and she gave it to him in a plate but when he said it was to go she got angry again and make that angry face, she said in a rude way: so you want it to go? he said yes I ordered to go, and again she left mad saying nothing. Actually my sister who was in another table saw that same cashier snatch a menu in a rude way from a toddler who was grabbing it. My sister also told me that the cashier look like mad or stressed each time she ordered something. Is a pity the service is so bad since the coffee was very good. I prefer a regular quality coffee but a good environment and kind people. I don’t want to return I just need a nice person serving a coffee, I’m not asking so much.

Spectra Coffee came highly recommended by a friend, taking over the spot that was once a Starbucks. While my hot latte was enjoyable, I didn't quite grasp the excitement, as the coffee bean quality seemed similar to other high quality coffee brands – it's definitely a different league than Starbucks.My friend raved about their flavored lattes, which I might explore next time, though I aimed to savor the natural coffee quality before delving into any sweet flavors that mask the true richness.The pandan waffle that my friend ordered was tasty, but it didn't astound me, given its availability in several great Vietnamese bakeries around SJ.Also, the limited seating indoors could be attributed to the bustling Saturday afternoon crowd. We sat outside in the wind. I'm inclined to revisit Spectra, but it might not become an outing for me. Service was quite slow that day but they had a line; I’ll make a point to visit on a weekday to see if things improve slightly.Solid 4.5 stars

I’ve attempted to study here 4 times. Of the 4 times, I’ve only found seating once. I want to like this place and the latte I had was good the one time I was there, but I never get a chance to actually give them a chance. I’m really looking to be a regular somewhere since I have to study everyday. Props that they’re so popular though. There’s really no other solution than for them to add more seating, but that’s it. Oh well.

Unbelievably excellent cafe/coffee shop. Excellent food, fabulous coffee, great vibes. These guys deserve 6 stars, not 5!!!!Amazing joint! No wonder they’re always full.

They make a great chicken banh Mi sandwich. The chicken is pulled apart without fat or skin. A simply delicious and healthy sandwich.
