"Holy freakin PANCAKE. The pancake is HUGE. My wife and I went here today and it was amazing. The food is all fresh and homemade, even down to the sausage patties. The building is spectacular. One of the cleanest, coziest small town restaurants I’ve ever seen. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I can’t think of any criticism to give this place."

We lucked into this gem of a restaurant. Went for breakfast and I had an omelet and my wife got eggs, hash browns, and a pancake. All perfect by the way but, my wife got a shock when her pancake came and it was the size of a pizza. They were very busy and we still waited less than other restaurants. Service was wonderful and jovial. There is patio seating as well to enjoy the fresh air with you meal. Everyone was just great, even the other customers. We felt like we had been going for years and we can't wait to go back. Go to this place! Take an appetite and a good attitude and you will love it as we did. Also, had the opportunity to meet the owner Anita, she was just a blast. I wish that I could say more about the food, the workers, the customers, and the atmosphere. Just go, they even got a big chicken!
This place doesn't have a lot of parking but they do have a good amount of indoor seating. The food came out fairly quickly once we got somebody to take out order. The breakfast was really good. If they had farm fresh eggs, it would be my go to place for breakfast. The bacon and home fries for delicious and perfectly cooked and delicious. We also got the ham and cabbage soup which even though it was very salty still tasted pretty good when you got beyond the salt. The soup was basically service in a large pie pan. There was enough leftover soup for another serving. I've also added the menu in the photos. Breakfast and lunch is served all day.
What more do you need? From the layout of the restaurant, to the home style service, this is easily one of my favorite breakfast spots after having a chance to visit this last week of April “South Greensburg Restaurant” is a hidden gem and well occupied by the locals of the neighborhood. They were pretty busy when we went (Friday 10am . We were sat right away and probably waited around 20 to 30 minutes for our food. I got the Huff Avenue Omelette and we also got a cinnamon pancake (they're huge! . Atmosphere is very comfortable and decent bar seating as well. Staff was super friendly and attentive when they were able. Seems like a very popular place! Would love to go back and try some more menu items!
