Soul Pig Bbq - Reservar uma mesa

A beautiful place for a barbecue. The atmosphere was good and the food was good. I got the Brisket Melt and it was delicious. One of the best parts was the pig bark! They were fresh, hot and full of taste. They also had a claw that had blue cheese in it. A unique taste profile, not for those who do not like blue cheese. Some can say that the frits and loops over season and they might be right. But I was a big fan of them. The proportions were a decent size, but seemed somewhat more pricier than other BBQ joints. As a family of 4 our bill w/tip was about $60. It is a smaller joint with limited seat, but I would still recommend it and I will visit again.

I've had better. In fact, I make better BBQ (and sides) Once you are accustom to your own delicious food it is very hard to impress. I still go here to try some of the daily specials as they are decent sometimes. I however would never order the meat platters again. 3 issues with the food.........lack of smoke on the meats, overabundance of salt in the sides, and what's with all the black pepper in every single BBQ sauce? Service on the other hand is always impeccable. Drinks are ok. Draft Beer selection is meh. If you want mediocre then this is the spot for you. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Eating was fine, but willing to pay if you decide that you do not like what you have ordered and you choose something else you pay for both items our waitress.

Uhhhhmazing Food! All right! Definitely has to stop if you are even 30-50 miles away! Watch the challenge of the hot wing!! I have to sign a waiver!!
