I wish I could give less than 1 star. They had us wait for almost an hour at the montlimar location in mobile al at stall 7 for our mobile order. We waited for so long before calling or pressing the red order button on the stall because they were busy and we didn?t mind waiting. After about 40 minutes I had noticed that other people that were next to us in other stalls had gotten their order and left and we were still waiting. So My wife finally pressed the red button and got no answer and then I called the location on my phone via Apple Maps. They answered on the first ring. I told them I was a pickup order and gave them my name. They advised me to pull through the drive through and didn?t apologize to anything. They gave me our order and we went home. Once we were home we began eating and noticed that our food was not only cold but that our grilled cheeses were grilled cheeses with burger buns! Burger buns! My grilled cheese had a piece of onion in it as well. I had ordered additional jalapeños in it so I was expecting something else to be in my sandwich but not onion. Not only that but the sonic blast that I ordered only had the Reese?s bits on the top and the rest of it was ice cream. Worst $30 I?ve ever spent. Big waste of time and money

MOLDY Slopes... ZERO Stars!!!. They screwed my orders three times in a row when I left last time, they gave me sluts that MOLD had inside. I ordered the ones with the green/blue Boba and I got Nerds, which were obviously expired and rotted. I call some lawyers to sue this place as these sluts were for children and it is not acceptable to have such low standards for a Sonic, the owner should be ashamed. I'll never come back and not if you care about your health. Look at the pictures and judge yourself. Who in their right mind would pour a **** that looks like it and sell it to a customer?? I show 2 in the pictures: strawberry and cranberry. I called the store, the manager and the superior. *No reply*

For years, you can?t get onion rings?the picture is of a breakfast, ?toaster? I just got..should be renamed breakfast almost toasted!!! Been going to sonic for 30 years or more !! Service isn?t what it used to be.. quality is way down..can?t understand why fast food employees think they should get 15.00 per hour..done with sonic!!! Your best days are BEHiND YOU !!! Update February 15, 2022, I called the regional manager Ben over a week ago and left him a voicemail, never heard back? I called the corporate office in Oklahoma talked to a nice lady there, she said she was going to escalate the situation, and said I would get a call back, never heard back. No wonder sonic is failing.

Do not use the app to order your food!!! I went to check in and the app charged my bank card $72!!!! Seriously? I was getting food for my family and I and we are getting ready to go on vacation, and now I have to stop preparing for my trip to get on the phone to get my money back!!!! I so do not have time for this!!! The Sonic App obviously has a glitch. My food and service was great but now I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back!!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Sonic will charge your card twice!!!
