Food was great, service was okay. Then we got the check, 18% is added to the review to facilitate a higher living wage for all our employees. Apparently this is separated from the tip. I own a business and I am proud to pay my employees a very competitive wage. I'm not sure why this institution thinks that it's okay to pay their employees less than a fair living wage and expect their customers to make up for the difference. Be careful if you are mathematics, the wage seems exorbitant: it took us half an hour to dinate, 18% of 115 bill is almost $20? They ask their customers to pay a $40/hour wage for their employees. I wonder what kind of hourly wage they actually pay their employees. Then, of course, you must add the tip, in my case 15% for the hardly satisfactory service. I guess that answered the first question that came into mind; good food, but why is the restaurant empty? Will not come back and not recommend.

Eating was delicious, great and interesting seafood. what would have been 5* was from what seemed as if the personal tried to turn off the restaurant for the night as soon as possible. While we still eat our main thing, we were asked if we wanted to whisper, then immediately handed over the bill. the bill already included a 18% service? so we thought appropriate to add 10%. when adding 10%, our server has shown our bill to a gast in the bar and spoke with it about the problem for 10 minutes with the 18% system. in the meantime, the music was switched off at 9.45 a.m. on a Friday evening while the people still eat? not a possibility that guests feel comfortable!

Do try something from their Raw section because seafood is their jam here. Do get the LOBSTER ROLL, but make it one per person. Do get the FRIED CHICKEN
