Somisomi Garden Grove

the first time you take the fam to try somisomi. we are right there when it opened, and there was already a line! dessert: it was delicious! everyone in the swarm loved what he ordered. the aromen were all very rich and beautiful. service: average since they just opened for the day, they had none of their menus above, so we asked them if they can turn on their menu tvs so we know what to order. After she turns on one side of the screen and fights a bit to turn the other, the dame becomes a little impatient and asks us what we want. we could only see one side of the menu. other than that, service was okay. we have our order in time. we will definitely be back for more. hopefully we can see the other side of the menu next time.

cheddar taikyaki is one of my absolute Fav life in somi and I don't care about one of the other fillings after the attempt of cheddar. after a nice dinner in koko, we came here to get a few cheddar taiyaki, but we said they were no longer serving for the night. boo! it was half an hour before closing the twist, so I think this is the reason. sad we just got ice cream. the one we got was delicious. pink guava war, which was light but also creamy. sweet color combo also. I always think somi is good to share. I personally didn't want me to do it myself.

My family and I always go here after kbbq in GG. Somi Somi is a reliable desert spot and good for groups because of the taiyaki bundle deals. The oreo, milk tea, and ube were just a few of the things we got. The ube, oreo, and milk were the best. The milk is light and taste refreshing. The milk tea flavor is a little overwhelming so I would just prefer the oreo. The toppings are free and the taiyaki is fresh!

I come here way too often after giving it a second try. It is quite addicting. the soft serve is so creamy and tasty. I love the daily mixes. So far my favorite is Ube and Matcha. The fish waffles are so good too!! love the custard and nutella one. The taro one wasn't good, it tasted really funky. otherwise everyone else so far has been delicious. Service is friendly and fast!
