Smashburger - Reservar uma mesa

Please Read the Whole Review. This past year I was diagnosed with a dairy allergy. I am 22 years old and having a whole life with an unrestricted diet then transitioning to a diet without dairy was so much harder than it sounds. Dairy is in literally everything more than any other allergen in the world next to soy. It really sucks being ?that guy? that has to ask the sever and the cook to try their best not to cross contaminate and make a special order. I makes you feel like an alien and a burden. But today I ate at this Smash Burger next to Costco, a place that I used to frequent but haven?t been to since having to become dairy free, and had such a pleasant experience. Specifically the cook Andrew was so understanding and accommodating it was seamless. I have never felt so looked out for. He acted like he had an allergy of his own and treated me exactly how he would treat himself. If all cooks and servers treated people this way the world would be a utopia. Please give Andrew the recognition he deserves. The best cook I?ve ever had an interaction with.

I got my food here at 7:50. Sweet potato fries were cold, Speck Brisket Burger just looked awful, definitely not the advertised image, no bacon or Bbq sauce. The cheese literally burned. Not even sure there's a patty on the sandwich, nvm I found it. Wouldn't recommend this place, even if it's free. Update: a refund was offered for sweet potatoes and burgers to try again, but I didn't have 45 minutes to wait and I was hungry.

The staff was super nice. it was during lunch and a few tables that were still covered with food from mosquitoes that had gone. The food was good. I had the turkey with sweet potatoes. It was a bit frustrating that I had to wait for my food to order Ranch. I tried to ask the register and was told that I had to wait until the food comes to the table to ask for it.

This place really started well with great tasting burgers and good customer service, but since then their service levels and food quality have constantly declined. Management, please clear the place and make it great again. Parking here is very difficult as there are many shops and small restaurants that make it very difficult to park or even drive.

It's been a long time since I had one of her burgers, but I enjoyed my shake and the sweet potato friars. I am glad to see that they have improved with a better variety of side parts.
