A fabulous traditional fish chip shop with a little cafe attached. Fish Chips can be served over the counter or in the little cafe 4 tables of 4). No reservations. They do have other options on the menu . The best fish and chips I’ve had for ages . The batter on the fish was so perfect and light I had to eat it all . Proper home steeped Yorkshire mushy peas which were perfect as were the chips . The place itself is immaculately clean. Lovely ladies that run it . A real treat ! Thank you ladies.

A warm welcome from the friendly, experienced staff. Bought haddock and chips for a fish supper to accompany the T20 Cricket Match. High quality fish, distinct white flakes, beautifully cooked, accompanied by excellent substantial chips. A brilliant meal to accompany an excellent England victory.

It does not get better than Smallfry on north street in Scarborough. Generous portion of perfect mushy peas, deliciously firm and moist cod and a battered sausage with a small helping of nicely fried chips. All served on a piping hot plate. My favourite fish n’ chip shop anywhere.

Just tried Small Fry for the first time. Superb! Fantastic service and the best fish and chips I have ever had in Scarborough. Will be back for more!

This small old timy fish and chip restaurant, is the best in Scarborough with its old fashioned owners who are very polite and kind.
