Skydragon - Reservar uma mesa

This might be the best Chinese in Melbourne. I'm not even overhyping SOMEHOW their beef and chicken stir-fry(I recommend oyster squce) The meat is the most tender meat I've had at any restaurant even different cuisines like thai/malaysian. The meat is mind bogglingly tender and melt in your mouth. I don't know how they do it. Why don't other restaurants have such tenderizing process they know something no other restaurant knows for sure.

The best Chinese food in Melton, and I've tried quite a few. The food is always cooked fresh so sometimes there's a wait but it's worthwhile. Decor is somewhat dated if you eat in, but I just go to eat, not peruse the walls.

They are only taken orders at this moment and you have wait out side restaurant part not open at this moment

Always a long wait and “cash” but it’s pretty damn good so most people wait you won’t be disappointed
