Les envois à l'aveugle ont leur limite surtout lorsqu'il n'y a pas de carte à coté. Ma compagne ne mange pas de viande rouge et donc pas de viande saignante. On nous sert du veau à peine cuit et un magret de cannette (au demeurant excellent) très cuit. Quel chef fait bien cuire un magret ??? N'y a t-il rien en cuisine pour remplacer un plat non comestible pour certains ? Service approximatif, avec récitation des fiches technique des vins. Jeu de devinette après chaque plat dont on se passerait bien. Très déçu donc malgré le talent qu'on peut deviner en cuisine.

Que dire à part se laisser guider, nous sommes surpris de À à Z. On pense reconnaître d’un goût et en faite non, le jeu en vaut la chandelle.
