Shogun Japanese Steak Sushi

Today, April 14th 2022, I had a wonderful lunch at your Kennesaw location. The food is always great and your prices for lunch are unbeatable. Thanks for the awesome food. I would like to mention a detail I witnessed. Your cook had on what appeared to be camo sweatpants pulled down below his rear when he started cooking. About halfway thru the process he finally pulled his pants up. Itappeared that he is not a regular cook. I ordered Steak and shrimp. My friend ordered salmon. When the shrimp was finished cooking your cook mistakenly put my shrimp on my friends plate. When I mentioned I had ordered shrimp and not her, he took the shrimp off her plate, put it back on the grill and then picked it up and put it on my plate. I always thought if food is put on the wrong plate a cook would never remove from that plate and put on the correct plate. Should he not have left it on the wrong plate and cooked more shrimp for me?

we were here several times, it seems everyone is worse than the one before. three of us have visited here today for lunch. a hibachi garnelen and filet (if it was datei, it was extremely difficult.) hibachi fried rice had no taste. the other two ordered different sushi rolls. the hibachi first arrived and was ready before the sushi lunch specialties arrived. both the quality and the service have deteriorated greatly. now I know why 18% of the gratulation car has been added to the check. parking: many parking spaces are available. I've been here many times. last night was a visit of the goid. waitress was organized have commanded wrong when they get it back for proper ordee, she still accused us, it even tho it was nit ate. waited long tine for the chef, then popping up when he appeared funny. cook top was nit on must wait amother 10 minure! in addition, they added 18%Tip. tipp should be in service. what was not very disappointed was the birthday dinner on this very crazy exoerience this time

terrible service, they are underoccupied and the poor old lady is overworked and forgotten. when I asked about tee, she told me to order something else and she has constantly commanded her to mess. the chef was terrible and gave me the smallest part possible. a four-year-old got more food than me, save her money and eat her somewhere else, that's ridiculous.

great restaurant when they eat in a mood for japanese or good thai art. the service is always good that they train someone once? although I eat here at least 3x per month for lunch. definitiw should they try out. enjoys?
