Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill

I am a Fin Addict, so I love Sharky 's food. I happened to notice that this location was in a Plaza I needed to visit, on March 4, 2022, to take care of some business. I was happy because I could take care of my business and then get the food I love. Unfortunately, I was left wishing I had never gone to this location. I went inside to pick-up my order, because I placed my order over the phone. There was a short line, so I waited. When I finally made it to the counter, the person did not greet me at all. It was not so busy that they were working like crazy and barely had time to keep up, so there was no excuse. I thought, Wow, nothing. Ok!. I just told the man that I was there to pick-up a phone order and gave him my name. I paid and I was told it would be a bit longer for my order. So, I waited and finally received my order. I could not wait to get home to eat it, until I took it out and looked at part of my order. I ordered the Wild Salmon Light Burrito and the Kid 's Power Plate (Salmon, brown rice, and broccoli). When I looked at the Kid 's Power Plate, I was very disappointed because there was barely any salmon. I then wondered what I had paid for, since that was the most expensive item. Not to mention that the salmon for both orders was very dry. I really wanted to return the order but, I was at home, a distance away, and it was late at night (my daughter should have already been in bed). I was really disappointed to say the least and I paid for it. I have never had such a negative experience at a Sharky 's location before. I have not and do not plan to return to this Sharky 's Woodfired Mexican Grill Location. In addition, I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

Hi Owner, I love sharky's, but it's entirely related to all food and personnel problems that your chefs and employees exhibit. Not too long ago when the mask was needed, I saw how the cook used his hand to adjust his mask and make my food without washing his hands. When I said something, he has an attitude as if I were wrong. Also, several times I have eaten the chicken and burritos and it smelled mold ie not fresh....sanitation, food quality and customer service are your top things that always have to be number one. I know how the owner can't see you all, but your manager should be more responsible and actually managing the staff. If you need a new manager, call me... You will never have a negative rating again, guaranteed. Plenty of blessings?

SHARKEYS Grill is what happens when you take the concept of the organic, cage-free, free-range, wild-caught, non-GMO and turned them into full-blown meals. All just hype? Perhaps. But what's NOT hype, is that SHARKEYS serves the best tasting fast food meals in Los Angeles. Hands-down ?????

I saw the cook take a towel from the floor and wipe the counter where the food is prepared. Extremely disgusting. Also some of the employees lay down while on break. This location makes me feel like I'm in south central. Not even Woodland hills. Management needs to address this asap.

I like the experience eating here especially their vegan tacos, I recommend trying mushroom and cauliflower tacos if you?re into vegan foods
