I am a Fin Addict, so I love Sharky 's food. I happened to notice that this location was in a Plaza I needed to visit, on March 4, 2022, to take care of some business. I was happy because I could take care of my business and then get the food I love. Unfortunately, I was left wishing I had never gone to this location. I went inside to pick-up my order, because I placed my order over the phone. There was a short line, so I waited. When I finally made it to the counter, the person did not greet me at all. It was not so busy that they were working like crazy and barely had time to keep up, so there was no excuse. I thought, Wow, nothing. Ok!. I just told the man that I was there to pick-up a phone order and gave him my name. I paid and I was told it would be a bit longer for my order. So, I waited and finally received my order. I could not wait to get home to eat it, until I took it out and looked at part of my order. I ordered the Wild Salmon Light Burrito and the Kid 's Power Plate (Salmon, brown rice, and broccoli). When I looked at the Kid 's Power Plate, I was very disappointed because there was barely any salmon. I then wondered what I had paid for, since that was the most expensive item. Not to mention that the salmon for both orders was very dry. I really wanted to return the order but, I was at home, a distance away, and it was late at night (my daughter should have already been in bed). I was really disappointed to say the least and I paid for it. I have never had such a negative experience at a Sharky 's location before. I have not and do not plan to return to this Sharky 's Woodfired Mexican Grill Location. In addition, I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
