Shanker's - Reservar uma mesa

Shanked has been a long time favourite for good quality Indian food. The newish location on Prospect Rd has much more space than the old. We ate in the sheltered semi-outdoor area on a balmy April evening. Great food, good wine list and good service. Prices moderate, but food fantastic. We will be back.

Have just been back to shankers after change of ownership and it is definitely no where near as good. Prices are up 15-20% and the quality seems to have dropped. The food lacked its previous flavour.

This place is amazing! From butter chicken to cheese naan they produce great Indian food with extremely entertaining and friendly staff! A must visit for locals and visitors!

Shankers has been an institution in Adelaide for over 70 years and it shows why. Nothing is better than the Indian food I've had from Shankers!

The owners are very inviting your made to feel welcomed and the food is traditional and very good flavours .. we'll be back
