Shake Shack Kop Food Court

For being in King of Prussia, the prices were immaculate. The burgers were all very good but the fries were cold. I would 100% go again but this location had the worst service. The woman who took my order (I don 't want to put her name publicly) was barely speaking at all in a loud, crowded mall so I had to repeat everything several times so that my order was correct. She was also rolling her eyes when I asked for plain burgers. The card reader was not reading my card and the man yelled at me to just insert your card when it repeatedly told me to take it out. The staff who handed me my food were very polite. Maybe it 's because I had my family of 7 so I did tip $9 but we were very nice and cooperative. I 'm assuming it was a busy day but the front of house service was absolutely awful, rude, barely understandable and made things unnecessarily confusing. I also don 't enjoy being yelled at by someone especially if they weren 't the one taking my order. I would for sure come again but the outside Shake Shack instead to avoid the rude service.

This is what’s wrong with the world these days. People been in the restaurant walking around and just watching potential customers as they slowly prepare to open at least 30 minutes late. Big sign on the wall welcoming people to visit at 11am! (PS- you may want to tell the staff you changed the hours of op). Photo taken at 11:18am.

Service was your typical fast food service. Portion was very small compared to the price that was paid. The quality of the burger was good, but in comparison to their fries, the burger underachieved. Fries were awesome. Burger was passable. Now I know to go elsewhere on future KOP trips

Can never go wrong with Shake Shack. This was a large and easy to spot restaurant in the mall. Just as consistent anywhere I go which is awesome. Got the double shack burger and a cookies n cream milkshake. Both tasted as great as ever

Service was fast considering how busy it was. The food was good, the chicken was not fatty or overly breaded, and the milkshake was perfect. Would definitely go back!
