Every month there is a changing “carving of the month” that corresponds to the season, so it is not boring. my favorite is the Schnitzer-Hubertus, there are in the rule there with real forest mushrooms from oktober / november. since the last year the Austrian backhendl has been in the program, the female part of my family swears on it. everything is in a very decent price-performance ratio. as a permanent guest, they also receive at any place of eat, after 10. there is a free menu.
