Schattauer - Reservar uma mesa

As a first visit to this Celle restaurant, I was looking forward to a good traditional German meal. And the food didn't disappoint at all. But the service ended on a terrible note. We asked our server to share the bill for us... (there were four of us) she replied with an outstanding no, then she went on to calculate the bill so that the respective parties could pay for their parts. Now she had serious problems here, even though the numbers were not big at all. So I offered her a calculator to help her because she didn't have herself. She was insulted and continued to try hard to calculate the bill. Now this is just embarrassing, why don't you just apologize for a smile on your face and calculate the bill behind the scenes and back when you have so much trouble with it? All right. Strange behavior really and a fairly acidic end, which was a good meal.

The purest disaster. Personals kien mouth protection, on the counter all sit tight. Drink, mix. Then the wrong food came from 7 people for 4 people. It was said that the meat is higher, and the many potatoes were ice cold. Not even from inside. The high quality meat was tasty and disgusting and the sauce came from a cartilage-resistant bag. Buffers for the little ones were from the Tk and applemus from the Tetra pack. 140€ for catastrophic foods. It would have cooked more cost-effectively and it would have cost at least. Too bad it never happened to shame. It could always be something, but that was really not nice. It did not happen to us as individual, other tables complained.

Read reviews before you come, and safe enough this place not disappointed. I tried the raw Roulade (the raw beef roulade is, raw beef carpaccio style rolled with onions, pimples, cheese and a sweet sauce into a curly role). Portions are huge! I am an American and... most European parts are much smaller. Not here! If you have a great appetite, this gives you great amounts of food and delicacies for a good price! They also have a menu in English if you need it.

Have eaten several times at "Schatti, was always very good. Friendly service and very good food. The prices are okay.

Old German style pub with kitchen. We had a very typical German dinner, good food and beer. Cheers!
