Sasquatch Bar - Reservar uma mesa

First impressions not good. Couldn't book a table because they dont have a phone number on any listings. But the 4 of us thought we'd give it a go because we love Canadian food. Arrived just before 7. Waited at the door, no acknowledgement from staff so we walked up to the counter area and waited again. Staff walked past us and around us but again no acknowledgement. The restaurant bar was super noisy and after twiddling our thumbs and being ignored we all agreed to leave. Good luck with building clientelle with service like that.

What can I say no service expensive craft beer and the food well a hot dog roll with some filling. The bread was not even exciting they were your everyday roll. We are locals looking for a regular place to go, this is certainly not the place to be. It was so loud I couldn't hear what the bar staff were saying. Then the bar staff short changed me so instead of $32 for four drinks it cost me $37. That sort of said it all. Will not be back.

My girlfriends & I like to try different venues for lunch. We decided to try this place however when we looked at the menu we were very apprehensive about ordering. Basically they're very ordinary bread rolls with filling. The chicken wings were good. We ordered a couple of side dishes which turned out better than the mains. If we go back we'll just order sides. I think they need to expand the menu but wish them lots of luck.

Great craft beer, great food, friendly and helpful staff and relaxed atmosphere. Funky industrial come modern chic pub/ kitchen bar. Great selection of board games. Would recommend a visit and craft beer stop. Well done Chermside.

Came for a few hours in the afternoon, relaxed atmosphere, good chicken wings, Ruby Red is a sensational beer, Willie Smith is a nice 'not too sweet' cider and a band setting up for the evening. Nice new local hangout.
