Double charged me for my room BE CAREFUL. upon complaining about this nothing was done in a timely manner still waiting for funds in my account. They also lost power while we were there and we got no form of apology, I understand it wasn't their fault but it was an inconvenience. Our shower also would not drain properly, it was disgusting. What a shame because it's a great place to have fun!

Some of the workers were rude and the casino is very small they have high volatility slots only and none of my favorites. Only 2 people won jackpots the day of visiting (while I was there) . Every machine did the same 2 bonus and no payout while I played high roller style switching between bets!!!! Don't recommend. Was overly packed!!!

A much better slot machine betting experience than at Rivers. Worth the extra trip as the machines are not as tight. We stayed for hours and had a great time. Beautiful hotel and casino, plus the world famous race track. Saratoga is the place to be.

5 stars for thus hotel. They are very accommodating and friendly. Every area was kept clean. Slots are accessible throughout the day and night. Love to come her and unwind and enjoy the pool.

Celebrated our 55th anniversary here. Dinner at Morton's was exceptional. Service was royal!!! Will definitely eat here again. Love the casino and thanks for the win
