Had such a good day so decided that me and my other half deserved a little treat so paid for fish and chips to be delivered not only was the food on its side and the curry sauce was open and all over the bag...but the food was stone cold and half of my meal was not even there !! Gave us sausages when we only ordered two so I’m guessing there’s a plus side but then again they weren’t even cooked !! Chips were missing from my meal and the ones we had were horrid and stone cold !! Called them to let them know and they shouted at me and dan down the phone in whatever language it was and said well we’re closed now and hung up !! Seriously the last time I say that “nothing will bring me down” haha just my luck ... shandhus takeway Gillingham is a NO GO, seriously disgusting UNDERCOOKED, COLD AND DISTROYED FOOD !! Gone of Uber eats after this !! Looks like I’m now cooking !! of money we shouldn’t of really spent literally gone in the bin !! ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER I ACTUALLY FEEL SICK TO MY STOMACH AFTER THIS

Absolutely shocking service, I understand it’s a Friday night but to turn up and hour and a half late and then be missing of the main chicken kebabs)! When I finally got through to phone them, they wouldn’t give me a part refund,...then when I phoned again to ask where they were, I had to listen to an argument between the poor girl on the phone and her boss, who conveniently changed language from English to his mother tongue! Then the kebabs turned up and they were cold! We will never be going here again

Really upsets me to have to say this but...Honestly. So, so disappointed food inedible, had to throw my dinner in the bin. Over late. Stone cold. Apparently I ordered batter w/no cod...zero cod in my fish supper go figure. Burnt and oily chips....Batter dripping with oil. No more orders from me, my family or my friends. Avoid at all costs and save your money.

Ordered cod, cod roe and chips. They said they had run out of cod roe so we asked if we could have a kebab instead. When it turned up, we had large cods and a small chips. The chips were AWFUL and so was...the service. There were also hairs in the food that definitely weren't ours.

This mixed kebab is absolutely vile and looks like old frozen food reheated. Taste is vile. Texture is horrible, instantly after minutes my stomach was turning and making noises... minutes later I ran for the toilet... Armageddon.
