my friend and I were testing the sambesi today, she was there a few times and was always quite satisfied. Today, however, the cook must have caught a very bad day. we had the goat cheese in the speckmantel. this was quite ok but very strongly reminded of the finished goat cheese in the speck coat of the shopping nobel series exquisit ;) the associated salat sponge in the vinegar oil dressing. the associated brot was definitw not from this day and more than dry. As far as so good, we both were looking forward to the main dish, she had the sweet potato store, I rode the bark chop uprun chefbanane. when the food came the appetit was distorted... my ass was more a fat soup with chop, so that approx. 50% of the inflow mold were filled with fat and also the boilbanane sponge in fat. the feast of my friend was half-crush in the middle. I tried to drop the fat when eating, but after about 40% the resistance of the body was too great. we have addressed the waiter to the greasy paintheur and this was greatly surprised at the sight of the diner himself and wanted to talk to the cook. Unfortunately, the waiter who has always served us before no longer came to us...who was, everyone can decide for themselves. we have decided on all cases for us that we will no longer visit this restaurant. above all because we both and our stomach/lever had a long time to eat;) over a statemt of the waiter, we would have been happy, especially because it confirmed that eating was not as available.
