All I can say is I’m glad he “Beat Bobby Flay” or we would have never know about Salt! Phenomenal place, food, atmosphere. Not super formal, but not your everyday restaurant. Filet was hands down the best steak I’ve ever had! Highly recommend and we will be back. Worth the 1.5 hour drive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I’m grateful for this true taste of fine dining in the heart of downtown McAllen. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. What more can you ask for. I would highly recommend the pork chops.
