"We got a custom Hawaiian pizza, a White pizza, and chicken wings with honey sauce. They were all very good. The pizzas are a bit pricey. The garlic knots with mozarella were alright."

From the moment you walk in to the final step out, everything at this restaurant is exceptional. The staff is friendly and efficient, the food is delicious, and the bathrooms are spotless. Our first visit was a great experience, thanks to the excellent service from Amy who welcomed us and made some fantastic recommendations. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were treated with kindness and served with a smile. We appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and enjoyed our meal right up until the last bite. We will definitely be returning soon.
I really enjoyed it! My wife is from New York and is constantly on the hunt for authentic New York pizza. I am a huge fan of garlic knots. My wife is already finding excuses to drive to the East Valley so we can go back to this restaurant (even though it's over an hour away from us). The pizza and garlic knots were delicious, but the bruschetta was even better. It's definitely worth a visit, but make sure to call ahead and make a reservation instead of just dropping in, as you might have to wait a while.
Have been going to Sal's Gilbert for 2 years. Loved this place for its pizza and wings. However, things are going downhill lately at least my last 3 visits. Pizza was burned, wings were soft, under cooked and very light on sauce. Calamari was not fried long enough, soggy not crisp. Update: Grace Cuffaro, the owner, reached out to me and mad every effort to make thing good again. I will give them 5 stars as they have always been the best in the Valley!
