These guys came to the rescue preparing our meal in record time when we were let down elsewhere. Really friendly staff and the food was really good. I had a king prawn puree for starter which had a bit more of a kick than normal...but was delicious and a king prawn biryiani as well which was lovely. They don't serve alcohol but tbh that wasn't an issue and was more than happy to have a coke with my food. If I am ever passing through again I will be sure to go back

Always rate there food spot on but there customer service and delivery times are shocking ! Waited hrs for home delivery,phoned the restaurant over times with no answer ! Finally picked up only to say sorry they are running behind and it's on...the way didn't even ask our address then hung up on us ! Shall not be ordering from them again.sorry saffron lounge you have lost some loyal customers.

Always come here after I visit malvern hills with friends. It’s closest best restaurant. Absolutely love the food very flavoursome and tasty. Best Indian food I’ve had. Welcome hospitality and cosy environment. Chef also accommodated us, coming out meeting us. Was such a lovely night....Thank you Want a curry and a good evening? Go there. Hygiene:

I have been eating at Saffron Lounge (formerly Mountbattens) over years, and have had numerous meals and take aways. The food is always excellent, extremely tasty and well cooked. The staff are always polite and helpful.

overload has loaded me more than the specified menu. the food I chose was tasteless/very bland. friendly staff, but I won't go back.
