The experience is terrible, very bad, the food is not of quality and they force you to eat it otherwise you have to pay the extra €2 per plate, the woman who serves does not treat you very well and it takes a long time to serve, whoever likes the food Japanese, I don't recommend it, it's worth paying 3 euros more at another place and eating well. It's not that I couldn't finish something I ordered, but if I don't like the dish because it's too bitter and I'm not going to eat it, it feels bad since that's my case, personally, and there was no understanding from the staff and it wasn't The waitress was very polite.

I went with a friend and we ordered more than 20 dishes, we left one of them that was the house rice that was past, they charged us a supplement for the dish and the waiter gave us a sentimentalist talk about world hunger to then throw away the rice in the trash when it is assumed that if they charge you for it they should give it to you in a tupperware. First time in my life that they make me pay for a dish at a buffet that they have cooked poorly. Horrible customer service experience and average food for how expensive it is.
