I?ve been here twice . First experience back in September was good although our food came out after 45minutes. My second time was today unfortunately, the staff works without supervision and they make mistakes because there is no guidance. I don?t blame the servers , cooks or hostess but I do blame the owner(s). Apparently there is no management in this place which is odd. The owners just think about money and don?t realize they are over working their staff. Whenmistakes happen, the servers get blamed which is unfair. They?re under a lot of pressure . The owner(s) need to take full responsibility. How dare you treat your employees this way. They run this place for you! One star to the owners andthe person in charge BUT 5 stars to the staff that I know try their very best to give us the best experience. Thank you to our server Christian, he was great and super understanding! Perhaps a raise for him !

there are even worse experiences! I never come to this place again! I went to a Vallenato night that I paid $220 for a table, they wanted us to pay $260 in a bottle of their choice (worth $35 tops) and not even the big ones, or we need to leave the table (which I have already paid) and stay on the bar the rest of the evening. this carry was on the summit of whatever we wanted (food or drinks) I decided to stand and see a little of the show and go home. but no! after 2 hours and a half of the group is still not a show I have the hole time standing and I continue to buy cocktails (because I wanted to) that always appear in the price! the fausten round, where $12 and the second $20 per! in this phase I am completely disappointed and tired. I have left the place that spent a total of $400 (for 2) and I could not even see the group!

We celebrated my wife?s bday last Friday here. What a great time. Only had a picada as we got there late. We went for the Adolesentes show. Show was short but awesome. Great music good food. We bought a bottle a bit pricy at over $300 but split between the 5 of us wasn?t too bad. We were having such a great time we stayed until they closed way after the mini concert. Will definitely be back, mature no drama crowd.

Our waiter Steven is such a delight and attentive as always! Rosa, the owner is warm, welcoming and friendly. She always makes sure we?re having a great time. Food and drinks here are top notch! Highly recommend!

They my hole group that live music was going to start at 12:30 a m it never h as happend , to get service or a drink it was bad .!
